About AMP

AMP is a property platform for Malta. People buy, rent, sell and let homes here, and AI agents handle the routine work around each one. People make every decision that matters.

Why we built it

Selling or letting a home in Malta usually means paying a percentage of the price, waiting for replies, and keeping track of viewings, offers and paperwork across phone calls and messages.

Most of that work is routine: pricing from comparable homes, writing the listing, answering the same questions, booking viewings, chasing documents. Software can do it quickly and the same way every time.

So AMP gives that work to AI agents and keeps the decisions with you. Owners pay a clear flat fee, buyers and renters get answers in seconds, and every step is written down in one place.

How it works

If you are buying or renting

  1. 1SearchFilter by town, type, price, size and features. Save the search to get new matches by email.
  2. 2AskMessage the lister. The first reply comes in seconds from the listing's facts.
  3. 3ViewBook a viewing at a time the lister has offered. The exact address is shared once it is confirmed.
  4. 4Offer or applyMake an offer, or apply to rent. Everything stays in your dashboard until the deed or lease is signed.

If you are selling or letting

  1. 1ValueGet a free price or rent range, with the comparable homes behind it.
  2. 2PrepareUpload photos. The agents write the listing, draw the floor plan and make the video tour. You preview it all.
  3. 3PublishChoose how you pay, verify that the home is yours, and go live.
  4. 4DecideEnquiries, viewings and offers come to your dashboard. You choose who to meet and what to accept.

The agents

Eight agents, one job each. Every run is logged, so you can see what each one did and why.

  • Valuation

    A sale price or monthly rent range from comparable homes, with every comparable shown.

  • Listing

    Orders and improves your photos, writes the description in English, Maltese and Italian, drafts a floor plan and makes a video tour from your own photos.

  • Distribution

    Publishes the listing and tracks where each enquiry comes from.

  • Enquiry

    Answers buyers and renters straight away from the listing's facts. Anything it doesn't know goes to you.

  • Viewing

    Books viewings around your calendar, sends reminders and collects feedback.

  • Offers and applications

    Lays offers side by side, or summarises rental applications. You decide.

  • Deal and lease

    Tracks a sale to the final deed, or prepares the lease, deposit and move-in inventory.

  • Management

    For lettings: rent reminders, late-payment alerts, maintenance requests and renewals.

The agents never agree a price, accept an offer or choose a tenant for you.

How listings are checked

  • Owners

    An owner's listing goes live only after we have checked their identity and their proof of ownership for that property.

  • Agents

    Agents list once their estate agent licence has been checked by a person on the AMP team.

  • Agencies

    Agencies can verify their company, VAT number and licence for a Verified agency badge. We check again every 12 months.

Every check is done by a person. Documents are stored privately and seen only by you and the AMP review team.

What we stand by

  • You decide

    Price, offers, tenants and viewings are your call. The agents prepare; you choose.

  • Facts only

    The agents answer from the listing and what you tell them. If something isn't known, they say so and ask you.

  • Fair to everyone

    People are never ranked or filtered by nationality, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability or any other protected characteristic.

  • Private by default

    The agents never ask for ID numbers, bank details or credit information in chat. Those only go through secure pages.

  • Honest media

    Video tours use the camera on your real photos. Nothing is added that isn't in the home, and any staging is labelled.

  • Clear prices

    Every fee is shown with VAT before you pay. No hidden extras.

Where we are

AMP starts in Malta and Gozo, with listings in English and descriptions in Maltese and Italian. Selling and letting are open now; agency tools and lettings management are being rolled out.
