    A monthly rent range from similar rentals, with furnished and unfurnished adjusted, and a preview of your listing.

    Set the terms and publish

    Deposit, minimum lease and pets, then sign, pay and go live once your identity and ownership are checked.

Prices are in euro. VAT at 18% is shown with every price.

The listing, photos, enquiry replies and viewings.

Optional management: 5% of the monthly rent, plus VAT, billed monthly once you have a tenant.

The valuation is free. You only pay when you publish.
